Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled by Vikas Pack Plast, a manufacturer and supplier of PVC Shrink Films and related packaging products.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
- Once production has started, especially for customized products such as size, mic, printing, cutting, sleeves, or pouches, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or official communication.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only where an order is not processed or cannot be fulfilled by us.
- For advance payments, if an order is cancelled before production, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.
- If production has started, no refund will be applicable.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the customized nature of our products, no returns are accepted for:
- Custom sizes
- Printed materials
- Cut, pouch, or sleeve products
Returns may be considered only if:
- The product is defective or damaged during delivery.
- The wrong material has been supplied.
Claims & Reporting
- Any claim must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide images or videos of the issue.
- Customers must provide batch details or invoice reference.
- After verification, the company may replace the material or provide adjustment in future orders.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
- Improper storage or handling of material.
- Damage occurring after delivery.
- Minor variations in thickness, shade, or finish within industry-standard tolerance.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
