All products are manufactured as per customer specifications and industry standards.
Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Vikas Pack Plast.
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled without prior approval.
- Custom orders such as size, mic, and printing are non-cancellable once production begins.
Pricing & Payment Terms
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to raw material fluctuations.
- GST and applicable taxes will be charged extra.
- Payment terms will be agreed mutually, including advance or approved credit terms.
- Delay in payment may result in delay in dispatch or additional charges.
Production & Delivery
- Production timelines depend on order quantity and customization.
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or external factors.
- We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.
Quality Assurance
- All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
- Minor variations in thickness, shade, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes.
- Customers must verify product specifications before use.
Returns & Claims
